Sister Packer?

I seriously need either Hermione's handbag or a suitcase with Time Lord technology! How did I get all this stuff? How did it ever fit in here before? What if I have to open my bags at customs?

I can't believe it's here -- the time to leave the MTC! I'm a big mix of fear, excitement, panic and fire! But first, I've got to get everything packed up and put away, 'cause we're heading out. SOON!!!!

When one door opens...

I can't believe it! The time is SO far spent!

Can it seriously be true that there's only ONE WEEK left here in the MTC? It feels like it's been such a short time, but on the other hand it feels like I've been here forever!

We have exit interviews on Sunday, packing, packing packing, and then at four-dark-thirty we head out and away!

It's been so cool here to meet so many people, to talk with Koreans in Korean and to be visited by general authorities and surrounded by so many missionaries!

We had another general authority come and visit with us on Tuesday -- sorry, I don't remember which one (guilt!) -- and it was SO INSPIRING! We could really feel the spirit when he came into the room. I'm going to miss that SO much!

Being a missionary is the BEST. THING. IN. THE. WORLD!!!!!

Culture Class: Hanbok

I am in LOVE!!!!!

Kim Changno-nim brought in an authentic hanbok, the traditional native dress. I have NEVER -- not even once -- seen anything quite so beautiful!

It's made of exquisite silk, and it has the most beautiful colors. What you can't see in the picture is all the little embellishments of gold!

Kim Sonseng-nim said that this was one of the fancier hanboks. Some are more simple, and there are some that are even more amazing!

It was so awesome that he let all the sisters try it on! I've never felt so Korean in all my life!

WIkipedia can tell you more about them than I can. AMAZING!!!
